Uncle Jerry and NOW Aunt Andreas wedding!!!!

So it has been quite a while since i have posted any pictures for you all to enjoy, but we have been quite busy!!! We spent 10 days in Oregon with one of my friends of 17 years and her family and then we spent a weekend in Truckee Ca for Steves brothers wedding! Now that the kids are back to school, i am going to try to get caught up on sharing our life with you :)

I have so much to share with you but I am going to start with the wedding. It was such a sweet event!!! We are now excited to say ITS OFFICIAL! Andrea is not a part of OUR family!!!
The wedding was beautifull, and my kids were precious! I have so many pics to share so I am trying to limit them...here are a some more!

This was the first wedding my kids have ever been to, and they LOVED the dance floor! They were little animals out there. I think the only time they sat down was when we made them for all the "special" dances. At one point they had a dance circle going and Steven was in the middle doing his thing! He was spinning, jumping, doing the splits, cartwheels, and handstands! He stole that show for sure :)
It was a long and beautifull day, my kids had a blast, and the girls cried when Jerry and Andrea had to leave! God was truly the center of this sweet day!

Happy 4th of July!!!

This morning we went to the parade in downtown Prescott! The kids had been looking forward to this ever since the begining of June when they knew that July was the next month!
I always really enjoy the 4th of July...I love to reflect on the fact that we live in a country where we are able to live free and worship God something that is so easy for me to take for granted!
I also love fireworks...
and how cute my kids look in red white and blue :)
The kids were looking super cute if I must say so!
We also as a family want to send a BIG thank you to all of our friends and family who have ever served in the armed forces! We appreciate all you do and have done to keep our country safe!
Thank You and Have a Blessed Independance Day!

A Muddy Mess!!!

In February we decided to get a puppy for our kiddos! She was 6 weeks old when we got her and SUPER cute...(arent they all as puppies)...anyway we named her Ella. She is a really good dog considering she is a puppy, and she is pretty smart too. All in all I would have to see she has been a good addition to our family!

However today I wanted to ring her little neck! I was out hanging laundry on our clothes line (have to blog about that one later) and the kids were playing in the wet dirt from the rain storms the past couple of days. Ella had been running the backyard like a wild dog, so I decided to fill up her water dish...which causes a puddle under the hose spicket.

Ella decided it would be fun to play in this muddy mess!

She was going crazy! At one point she had her entire nose burried all the way up to her eyes!

I didnt really care...she is a dog and she can just stay outside so why not let her have a little fun...then I remembered I can not leave her out when there are clothes on the line, because she insists on pulling them down into the dirt...UGH!

So I had to take this HUGE muddy mess that despises getting wet with Clean water, and hose her down so that we could all go inside while the clothes dried!

She is super cute...but what a pain! Now I have clean clothes, done the dishes, picked up the house, and now I need to do the floors, because no matter how much you rinse off a muddy dog they are still gonna bring in a ton of dirt :S

Fun in Phoenix with old friends!

A couple of weeks ago we decided to take a drive to phoenix to spend the night at a friends house. The kids were super excited to see Tana and Chris...but I think it was mainly becuase they have a swimming pool! It is so nice to get away for a day and hang out with good friends. The weather was perfect not to hot, but warm enough to swim! We pretty much hung out by the pool for the entire 2 days that we were there! We even took Ella our dog and she too had quite a nice time. Tana even bought doggy ice cream (i never even knew they made such a thing) just for Ella and their dog Annabelle to enjoy!

I took so many pictures so I am going to try to pick a few to share with you!

We all had such a good time...and the kids slept so well after they were made to get out of the pool!!!

Time seems to be flying by

I am not sure if I am ready for all of my kids to be growing up. This morning the neighbor, who also has 3 kids, took all 3 of mine to VBS at their church. It is a strange, empty, and quiet morning in my home, (besides the whining of our dog, who also doesnt know what to do with ALL of the kids gone) and I am not quite sure what to do with myself!
It seems like just last week that i had 3 kids in diapers, was breaking one to a sippy cup from a bottle so I didnt have 2 on bottles, and not getting anywhere close to a full nights sleep! Where has all the time gone. I remember when Princess was 2, The Boy was 1, and we brought home the baby # 3 Sassafrass...I wasnt sure I was capable of the life God had given me. Everything seemed hard, I was completly exausted, the piles of laundry seemed insurmoutable, and I thought the sleepless nights would never end! That was only 3 short years ago.

Now I look back on those days and wonder where has all the time gone! I can not believe that "those" days...the ones that seemed as if time was standing still are gone, and now I have 3 big kids who are growing up way to fast.

So here I sit today wondering what to do with myself...the laundry is done, I had a full nights sleep, the house is clean, the dishes are done...such a change from just a few short years ago.
I am so very thankfull to God that He has blessed me with such a full and rewarding life, I know that each season will come and will have its own things that seem to be to hard to conquer, but I am so thankfull that I have God to help me as I rasie His precious gifts to me!
